Specifically, as of the date above:

We have NOT received any National Security Letters (NSL).
We have NOT received any Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) orders.
We have NOT received any gag orders preventing us from disclosing a request for data.
We have NOT installed any "backdoors" in our hardware or software for any government agency.

This declaration is updated monthly. If this page is removed, or if the date above is not current, users should assume that Lofte LLC has been compelled to provide data and has been issued a gag order.

Note: Because of our Zero-Knowledge architecture, we generally do not possess the data required to comply with such requests, even if they were received.
